An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to contribute to the creative production of advertising collateral for a large and diverse Australian bran

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned contacts within the client group
  • Manage advertising content creation across Wellcom design and production teams ensuring final deliverables are aligned to client brand guidelines
  • Lead regular client meetings, receive and qualify briefs, maintain accurate WIP, generate estimates and facilitate reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the client’s agency partners
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Wellcom products and services and their potential applications to meet client needs

Essential skills:

  • An ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Confident in managing the creative process across print, digital and broadcast channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong reporting and administrative skills
  • Focused and organised with excellent time management skills
